Models of Effective Human Resources Management in Medical Institutions

Abstract: In this article the importance of human resources for the effective functioning of medical institutions in terms of the formation of human resources has been determined; the importance of training; human resource management issues have been considered in the health services; the approach to the management of human resources in the health services has been offered in the form of two blocks: the organizational unit and the key areas of work with the staff, which considers the human resources management process mainly of socio-psychological management methods, and less the administrative and economic methods; the model to calculate the human resources management in the health services has been developed, also the implementation of this model based on Yasinovatskii central district hospital has been executed.
