Development of the Anti-Crisis Strategy of the Trading Enterprise

Abstract: In the article the authors have determined the essence of the anti-crisis strategy as an integral element of the anti-crisis management of the enterprise. It has been systematized methodological approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «anti-crisis strategy». The main approaches to the formation of the enterprise strategy in crisis conditions have been considered, taking into account the fact that the activity of the enterprise depends on the state of the country’s economy as a whole and passes the corresponding life cycles, it has been suggested to link the choice of the anti-crisis strategy of financial management to the stage of the enterprise’s life cycle. In the article it has been also developed a scheme for the formation of the company’s anti-crisis strategy.
