The Essence of Approaches to Valuation Activities and the Methodology for Estimating the Value of Real Estate in a Crisis Economy
Abstract: The essence of approaches in valuation activity in the conditions of crisis economy is considered in the article: cost, comparative, profitable and combined approaches to valuation of real estate objects. Improved comparative characteristics of the advantages and disadvantages of existing approaches to the valuation of real estate. The algorithm for determining the value of real estate on the basis of the software «ARIS Express» is modeled, on the basis of which, the process of appraisal activity includes five main stages: from the analysis of the financial and economic activity of the facility to the final value of the value of the investigated real estate object.
