Risk of Job Loss as an Important Issue on Social and Labor Relations

Abstract: The article discusses with the economic and social consequences of unemployment. The reasons for dismissal may be different, but the economic, financial and psychological consequences are significant and affect all subjects of social and labor relations. One of the negative risk factors for the loss of robots – forced part-time employment of workers, which indicates hidden unemployment. This is a negative trend, since involuntary part-time employment is primarily a result of the low level of workload of production possibilities, undeveloped employment and significantly affects the change in staff income.
