The Basic Directions of Perfection of Personnel Maintenance of the Modern Enterprise
Abstract: The article deals with the main theoretical aspects of staffing of a modern organization, its types and functions, the dependence of the concepts of «personnel policy» and «staffing». The authors of the article conducted an analyzes the main factors that have an impact on the staffing of modern enterprises of the Donetsk people’s Republic at three levels – the state, management and production. Also, the article discusses approaches to human resources management in enterprises, assesses their effectiveness and impact on staffing. To improve the staffing of a modern enterprise, the main directions are defined, which are to reorganize the corporate culture, enterprise management strategy and replace the economic approach to human resources management with a humanistic one.
