Organizational Business Systems at the Enterprise

Abstract: The article touches upon the problem of introducing organizational business systems at enterprises that is relevant for modern market relations. The presence of an organizational business system in the enterprise contributes to the effective functioning of the enterprise; structuring the main subsystems of the enterprise, which positively affects labor productivity; increasing competitiveness, as well as minimizing costs and increasing profits. Attention is focused on the study of the features of a civilized business, which is characterized by the integrity of the business system, within which subjects confront each other without bringing significant consequences to this system. The basic elements of a business system are considered, including strategy, technology and management, staff. The conditions for creating the technology of work are considered; personnel management methods (administrative, economic, socio-psychological); system management requirements.
