Tendencies and prospects of market of housing and communal services of Ukraine development

Abstract. The article considers the nature of housing and communal services, investigate the status and features of the functioning of the market for housing and communal services, trends and prospects for its development. It is proved that the study of markets should be done in the context of individual markets (housing and communal services enterprises), rather than as a whole at the regional level, district and city. Identifies key challenges of the domestic market housing and communal services, which include inadequate regulatory framework, inefficient system of enterprise management utilities, failure of infrastructure capacity requirements of consumers, high levels of depreciation of fixed assets in enterprises of the industry and the obsolescence of technologies that are now used. Based on these studies generated recommendations for the development of the market for housing and communal services.

The role of public authorities in the investment process

Abstract. State regulation of investment activity is carried out in order to realize the economic, scientific, technological and social policy. It is defined as indicators of economic and social development of the economy, state and local budgets, anticipated in these amounts of public funding of investment activity. The paper highlights the key issues of state regulation of investment activity in Ukraine. Defines the role of regional and local authorities in the investment process in the formation of a favorable and competitive investment climate and promoting the interests of the region through a number of problems to improve the legal and regulatory framework for the realization of revenues and foreign investment, stimulating the investment activity, improving the investment and infrastructure maintenance, etc. forth. On the basis of the study presents possible ways to overcome existing problems in this area.

Problems and principles for effective water maintenance of economic agents

Abstract. The role of water consumption in economic activity of agents is defined. The dynamics of volumes water maintenance in economic processes in Ukraine are estimated. The comparative analysis of the state water maintenance about concerning Ukraine and European countries is carried out. By cross-correlation regressive the intercommunication between the financial results of subjects management and volumes water consumption is determined. The tendencies of water consumption in the industrial and communal sector of Ukraine is presented. The recommendations for forming of effective manager’s decisions are given. On the basis of receipt of selective and theoretical dependence between the financial results of economic activity and volumes of consumption of fresh water principles for effective water maintenance are generated.

Abstract. The article provides analysis of aspects related to peculiarities of establishment and functioning of SEZ in the Russian Federation. The authors consider main factors of competitiveness of SEZ and their interrelation. The paper analyzes the influence of group of factors, that reflects the system of effective management of SEZ, on there competitiveness. The authors have made conclusions on necessity of qualitative reformation in approaches to management of SEZ and its components which have to ensure scaled and highly efficient application of SEZ in the capacity of an instrument of implementation of innovative development in various fields as well as solution of basic economical and social tasks.

Analysis and assessment of the development of logistics infrastructure in the region

Abstract. In the article the necessity of methodological toolkit improving for level valuation of development of logistic infrastructure of region has been made. Author has analyzed current methods, their upsides and drawbacks have been determinated. It has given the possibility to propose personal method of analysis and valuation of development level of logistic infrastructure of region. During the development of authors method, attention is paid to such aspects as valuation of conditions of region logistic infrastructure development, providing valuation of region by logistic infrastructure objects, level valuation of logistic services. With the help of personal method author has made the analysis of development level of logistic infrastructure in regions of Ukraine. The findings can be used in the process of decision and grounds of development strategy of logistic infrastructure in regions of Ukraine. It gives the possibility to raise the efficiency of function of logistic infrastructure objects.

Formation of environmentally comfortable living environment in makeevka by reclaiming the urban solid waste landfill

Abstract. Discusses ways to achieve strategic objectives and tactical actions for the protection and sustainable use of natural resources and environment for cultural and leisure activities of urban residents in the strategy of socio-economic development of Makiivka until 2015. We propose a solution to the problem of unauthorized dumps and construction of municipal solid waste landfill through its special rehabilitation and the creation of recreational areas in the form of a sports and entertainment complex. The main results of the feasibility study the feasibility of an investment project of this complex on the basis of solid waste landfill Makiivka.

Accounting policies within the accounting regulatory system of modern building enterprise

Abstract. Lack of research about industry characteristics of accounting policy prevents its effectively use as a tool to optimize accounting. The article deals with the principles of national accounting regulation: levels, subjects, key objectives and means of implementation. This approach allowed identifying three levels of accounting policies: state, regional (branch), the entity. Explanation of the nature and the basic functions of the accounting policies of the building enterprise has justified its selection as an instrument of internal regulation of the accounting cycle. Proposed account of the special entity in the process of formalizing the accounting policies is considered the composition and characteristics of the main types of official documentation. The results are illustrated by the detailed structure of the Regulation on the accounting policies of the building enterprise. The article gives the prospects of further studies of the selection process and the formalization of the accounting policies.

Abstract. In this article an assessment involved mechanisms to encourage the creation of affordable housing in Ukraine in organizational, legal and financial aspects. The main task of stimulating the creation of affordable housing facilities in Ukraine. A study group offers in the market for affordable housing in the regions of Ukraine, inserted priority regional centers in the pilot projects, the creation of affordable housing, lack of pricing leverage the cost for affordable housing. Provided suggestions for combining national target programs in creating affordable housing and the development of the Ukrainian village. In order to determine future directions of development of affordable housing in Ukraine The European practice of providing housing and display of housing in terms of quality of life. Proposed state mechanisms to further stimulate the creation of affordable housing facilities in Ukraine.

The organizational structure of the enterprise logistics system: centralization or decentralization?

Abstract. This paper proposes an approach to building the organizational structure of enterprise logistics system based on the author’s interpretation of the principle of forming a matrix organizational structure. Concretized definition «logistics system». Under the logistic system is meant a relatively stable set of links (structural / functional divisions of the company, as well as suppliers, customers and logistics intermediaries) interconnected and united by a common management of material and its attendant streams to implement corporate business strategy.
